Hire flow optimization
  • The hire journalist flow was optimized by simplifying steps, reducing redundant actions. Clear notifications and improved search filters helped users find and hire journalists faster. The addition of pinning favorite journalists before hiring and enhanced UI guidance minimized errors and sped up the overall process, boosting efficiency and user satisfaction.

Clearer instructions and streamlined UI components reduced user confusion and errors. These improvements enhanced the user experience, boosted payment completion rates, and supported better financial tracking for both producers and journalists
